PIP Billing Support Specialist (Personal Injury) (Federal Work Study)

Primary responsibilities include:
• Calculate daily checks received via mail and notify the appropriate team member
• Distribute electronic faxes to the appropriate team member
• Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate team member
• Print claims and prepare envelopes
• Name and scan medical documentation into Electronic Health Records software
Potential additional responsibilities based on performance
• Audit billing submissions for proper documentation
• Patient entry into billing system
• Entering CPT Codes
Candidate Qualifications:On hands training will be provided. Need strong computer skills. If interested in additional responsibilities, we are happy to train further.
We are a fast-growing company looking for talent.
Preferred working days:Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Minimum hours per week needed:Must be available in the afternoons selected-4 hours
Maximum hours per week requested (up to 20 hours): Flexible within grant allowance
