INTERNSHIP Financial Representative: with licensing support
Financial representative interns with Northwestern Mutual - Princeton have the same opportunities to build their careers as full-time representatives.
Our interns work alongside the full-time representatives to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for individuals and businesses. Our areas of service include, but are not limited to, retirement planning, insurance and investment services, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits.
Supported by our network of specialists, training programs and mentoring opportunities, interns have access to the resources, products, technology, and assistance they need to help their clients and build their businesses.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and calling potential clients
- Scheduling interviews and appointments
- Meeting/Consulting with clients
- Preparing needs analysis and proposals for clients
Program Requirements:
- Full-time student at an accredited college or university
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and in good academic standing
- Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping others
- Integrity and maturity to make financial recommendations
- Able to commit 15 to 20 hours per week during the school year and full-time hours during the summer
- All majors accepted
