Upon joining FLEX, you will go through a rigorous training period where you will be working directly with experts across each of our business units. Through these interactions, you will establish a strong foundational knowledge of our products and processes while also developing a deeper understanding of the performance marketing industry. You will begin on our Sales Development team to master client acquisition and revenue generation while simultaneously training to be a future leader at FLEX.
From communicating with clients to analyzing digital marketing campaigns, you will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities that are all essential components of operating a growing Performance Marketing agency while ensuring its long-term success. Who You Are:

- Proven track record of project management and time management to ensure that programs developed are relevant and aligned with sales and business needs and objectives
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to satisfy two key areas
- Understand and communicate our products and services as described in all sales collateral training materials
- Partner with internal key stakeholders, who will need help in the build of new content for various projects (sales materials, technical documentation, analyst relations, etc.), to ensure quick adaptation to fit sales and business needs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, personable, and strong attention to detail
- Consistently curious about sales and product developments and gaining familiarity and expertise in multiple practice areas. Can translate information into understanding and implement into sales and training materials
- Ability to work in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
What You’ll Do:
- Understand and effectively communicate FLEX’s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as they relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
- Understand agency, advertiser, data and vendor landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; who are the major players and how they buy
- Leverage external relationships and personal network to generate sales leads
- Has responsibility and is accountable for Win/Loss reviews on new accounts
- Secure and grow advertising budgets
- Help grow a Sales Manager’s portfolio of strategic accounts and monitor changes in key metrics, analyze performance trends and deliver on-going reviews of these items to clients
- Help a Sales Manager with prospecting and finding valuable clients and vendors to work with

Salary:
$60,000 + commission
