Office Coordinator

About THRIVE Community School
THRIVE Community School opened in the fall of 2022 as an intentionally diverse public charter school, the first of its kind in Santa Fe. Over the next four years, THRIVE will grow to educate 633 students in grades K-8, and we want to build a team that will continue to be an active part of bringing our vision for students to life.

We are an affirming learning community who ensures that every child who walks through our doors is seen and heard so that they can receive the education they deserve to pursue paths of their choice. We combine evidenced-based instruction with innovation to drive achievement and eliminate disparities in student outcomes. We also embrace social and emotional learning practices and support our students to develop a positive self-concept. We strive to be anti-racist and anti-biased in all that we do, and we commit to constant learning and family partnership in service of this pursuit.

Everything we do as a team and for students is grounded in THRIVE’s core values:

Show Love - We recognize the beauty and brilliance in each of us, and we hold each other responsible for being the best versions of ourselves.

Work as a Team - We rely on each other to achieve our shared goals, and we value voices and perspectives that are often ignored.

Create Joy - We find joy in laughing and smiling and being a part of a school community, and believe that fuels us for the challenges we will face.

Be Brave - We take risks, do things that make us uncomfortable, and we make mistakes sometimes, but we are committing to learning and adjusting to help us grow.
