Administration Intern

Job Title: Administrative Intern

Location: Priority Group Services 

Duration: 8 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing visitors.

2. Data Entry: Assist in data entry tasks, maintaining records, and organizing files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Client Collaboration: Communicate with potential clients, build rapport, and nurture and assist the supervisor with client & vendor collaborations

4. Documentation: Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

5. Communication: Assist in drafting emails, memos, and other forms of communication as directed by supervisors.

6. Research: Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on special projects and tasks as assigned.

*Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
