Field Marketing Specialist
Seeking friendly, energetic Field Marketing Specialist to work in large entertainment & retail complex generating leads and scheduling appointments for qualified programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging with guests
- Providing maps and directions
- Generating leads through survey participation
- Booking tours/setting showroom appointments
- Representing the American Dream brand
Leads are generated via entries to win deluxe passes to Theme Parks & Attractions, VIP tickets to Metlife Stadium concerts, and various prize packages and giveaways.
Additional requirements:
• Friendly and persuasive customer service skills
• Able to actively engage for up to 6 hours per day
• Able to assist guests with scanning QR codes to complete surveys and book appointments
• Dress code: Black slacks, black polo or button-down shirt, and comfortable black shoes (Black sneakers are acceptable).
This is a W2 performance and commission-based position with additional bonus potential.
Base pay: $17.50 / hr
Commission: $100 per appointment (uncapped)
Average earning potential: $25-50 / hr
Compensation is paid weekly via direct deposit.
Scheduling is based on staff availability and onsite programming.
Typical shifts are 4 to 6 hours long, up to 30 hours a week. Flexible shift options are available for experienced agents.
Parking validation is provided for employees. The American Dream complex is also accessible via public transit.
