Legal Assistant

Responsibility:

·       Prepare analysis of the prime contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of potential risks.

·       Prepare change orders to the contract, negotiating such orders as needed.

·       Draft legal documents such as contracts, subcontracts, term sheets, etc.

·       Support the day-to-day operations of regulatory compliance and corporate compliance, update corporate and regulatory policies as needed.

·       Work closely with Insurance Broker to get proper certification of insurance for projects and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure the coverage prior to subcontractor commencing work on jobsite.

·       Provide administrative and operation support including data entry and analysis.

Requirement:

·       Excellent skills in analytical thinking, specifically the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and develop substantial.

·       Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines
