Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
  • Prepare promotional presentations
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Help organize marketing events
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Have an interest and knowledge in marketing
  • Curiosity and an eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team environment

 

Time requirement: 15–20 hours per week, minimum 3-month commitment. Students must be able to receive university credit for this internship. Flexibility to cover programs that take place early morning or evening is a plus.
