This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing real estate firm located in Ridgewood, New Jersey currently developing large scale commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects.
Role
Seeking a full time entry-level Junior Architectural Engineer. The candidate reports to the Partners of the firm.
Qualifications & Opportunity.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- An undergraduate degree in Architecture or Engineering is required, please provide GPA on your application.
- Candidates must be extremely organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office, and Excel.
- The ability to independently manage multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner
- Must be a team player with a desire to work in the office and in the field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- No experience necessary as an Architect or Engineer
- Strong interest in the Real Estate Development industry
- Driver’s license a must and Spanish speaking a plus
- Responsibilities
- Architectural design including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
- Lease Exhibits
- Communicate with Vendors and Tenants as necessary
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain and follow-up on property project task lists
- Provide support to other officers of the team as needed
- Promote best practices, procedures, and processes that make property management and our organization more efficient

- Competitive base salary starting from $42,000 - $62,000 to start depending on experience.

Our Environment
Our brand new office resides within a 104 year old theater affectionately known as “The Play House.” We are located within the theater’s fly loft above the stage at the rear of the building and where scenery set designs and props were stored. Our office environment mirrors the versatile and entrepreneurial projects we are involved in. We hold Friday brainstorming sessions where everyone gets an opportunity to catch up and where many great ideas are often born.
