Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architectural Manager / Designer role located in Parma, Ohio. Most days on site. Growth possibilities - Associate, Principal, or even Partner - are present. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project teams engaged in the design, development, and delivery of architectural solutions for our clients. Daily responsibilities include project management and review, design guidance, mentorship of junior staff members, and collaboration with clients, consultants, and the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or closely related field.
- Quantifiable experience managing, designing, and delivering complex architectural projects from design through contract administration.
- Professional registration (Architectural License) or active pursuit of professional registration.
- Mastery in design from Schematic Design through Construction Documents including detailing.
- Extensive experience in materials and methods, building systems, specifications, construction methods, and codes.
- Advanced knowledge in BIM, CAD, SketchUp, Adobe programs, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with building codes, accessibility codes, and zoning codes.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience working on a variety of projects.
