The Fall 2024 Introductory and Advanced Wealth Management Training Program is designed for College students and recent college graduates. This program is an intensive training program that is not suitable for everyone. Individuals who are highly driven and dedicated to learning the intricacies of the Financial Services Industry will succeed in this role. We provide you all the necessary skills you will need in order to be competitive in the Financial Services Industry that are not taught in classrooms.

o  The Introductory Wealth Management Training Program is for anyone who is interested in a career in finance. Highly Motivated individuals looking to get a head start in the Wealth Management Industry will spend 11 weeks with the investment professionals and account executives at The Rockwell Financial Group. The program is structured to introduce you to Wealth Management practices, account acquisition, business development, and research practices. Upon completion of the semester long internship candidates will be sponsored for the S.I.E exam (a pre-requisite to working in the financial services industry). Select candidates will have the opportunity to move forward to the Advanced Wealth Management Training program.

o  The Advanced Wealth Management Training Program is also a semester-long internship which offers sponsorship for the Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses. The Advanced Wealth Management program is open to candidates who have already completed the Introductory Wealth Management Training Program and obtained the S.I.E Certification. This program is also open to Candidates who have obtained their S.I.E certification elsewhere. In this program candidates will be immersed in lead building, business development, and market research. Upon completion of this program Interns will become fully licensed investment professionals if they pass the required exams. Full-time employment opportunities are available to those who complete this program.
