Position Summary

 TCT has an opportunity for cost estimator to join our growing firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely material and labor cost estimates.  You will have ongoing contact with our clients, as well as Project Managers within the firm. This is a face paced role, requiring you to work on multiple projects at once and manage deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 + years of cost estimating experience
• Must be able to read blue prints. 
• Experience with OST, Sage, Cost-X or other takeoff software is plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related field
• General knowledge of MEP systems would be an advantage
