Real Estate Acquisitions Agent (Commission based salary)

Established in 2019, Impact Capital is a local leader in the residential real estate investment industry. We do it all from wholesale and whole-tail to property rehabs and rental properties. Our acquisition agents can work at a quick pace and high volume thanks in part to our in-house brokerage, extensive buyers list, and retail agents.

Impact Capital is here to help support our agents and grow their wealth to build the lives they deserve. We provide training and mentorship from day one to learn the investment side of real estate. Our business is rapidly growing in 2024, consisting of top-producing, positive people who want to impact lives, grow communities, and challenge the standard.

Duties:

  • Making direct connections with wholesalers/investors/sellers
  • Using social media and AI tools to expand reach for more leads
  • Communicating through social media, email, and text daily
  • Negotiating and closing wholesale deals
  • Following up with prospective candidates consistently

Qualifications:

  • Sales, property management, real estate, or marketing skills are a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Negotiation skills are preferred
  • Self-starter
  • Not afraid of rejection
  • Must have a smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, Omaha, NE, or Tampa, FL area.

Other Notes:

  • This is a 1099 position with uncapped commission ($100,000+ is possible)
  • Commissions vary by each deal
