Business Development Manager
Intellicomm Inc., a cloud communications services firm located in Wayne, PA, is seeking an entry-level or experienced Business Development Manager. Intellicomm's online services are primarily geared towards business customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales requests via phone and email.
- Communicate responses to potential customers.
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Create regular sales reports.
- Articulate customer interest and feedback to engineering and management.
- Ongoing documentation of sales procedures.
- Assist in formulating and implementing business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Sound verbal and written communications as well as active listening skills;
- Strong computer skills; technical software or systems background;
- Responsible with a high level of integrity;
- Self motivated; results oriented;
- Strong time management skills;
- Prior sales experience, sales training or strong interest in a sales career;
- BS/BA in Marketing/Information Systems/Business.
