Franchise Development Intern

Position:  Franchise Development Intern

Location:  Mahwah, NJ

Details of the program:

  • The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program.
  • The Internship is for June 10, 2024 to May 23, 2025
  • 25-29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Hybrid Schedule available
  • Paid internship - $18/hour

 

This role supports the Franchising Department within the various areas of Retailer Planning and Performance Management.  You will be exposed to Dealer Agreements, facility standards, market performance analysis, Retailer bonus program and Retailer KPI analysis. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the launch of new Retailer experience initiatives
  • Assisting with Retailer facility design and program management, including preparing the retail network for future electrification standards
  • Creation of Retailer performance reporting for large retailer groups and executive team meetings
  • Creation of executive team presentations to support network strategy decisions
  • Coordinating and delivering retailer notifications for area of responsibility changes
  • Supporting Retailer Bonus program auditing and payment processing
  • Assisting with administration of the Global Retailer Portal including file maintenance and uploads
  • Retailer standards program analysis and progress review
  • Retailer documentation indexing
  • Additional Ad Hoc requests
  • Retailer onboarding scheduling

 

What you will need:

  • Enrolled in a college/university in the Fall 2024
  • Strong Analytical background
  • High level of professionalism
  • Detailed orientated, self starter, strong work ethic, team player, ability to build to build rapport and communicate confidently;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills
