Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Medical Communications,  myCME/HME, and PRI Healthcare Solutions marketing teams. This position is located in our New York office. 
 

Job Overview:

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the entire Campaign Performance & PRI Marketing Teams in the promotion of our online websites, articles, campaigns, and CME activities on behalf of all Haymarket Medical Communications, PRI and CME brands.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative, including: 
  • Write copy for promotional emails, native ads and onsite ads
  • Schedule emails via Quickbase
  • Review stats and analytics results from emails, PPC campaigns, and ad modules
  • Create banner ads within Canva
  • Assist with the development of PPC and retargeting campaigns in Google, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Update tracking documents via Google sheets
  • Develop ad modules in Unity
  • Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations  
  • Other marketing initiatives, as assigned
     

Skills Desired:

  • Major in Marketing or Communications
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, preferred
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, preferred \

 

What We Offer:

  • Location: NYC/NJ office (two days on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays & 3 days remote)
  • Salary: $16/hr
  • Start Date/ Duration: June 10 - August 9, 2024
  • Schedule: 32 hours a week; Hybrid; Summer Fridays
