Product Marketing Internship
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys, and retail store audits, on product categories to gain knowledge of market and competitors
- Research and analyze trends, hot products, new technologies, etc. in the category and report to management team
- Create surveys using survey system to conduct consumer research and determine key insights
- Provide administrative support for the team ensuring that deadlines are being met
- Help to maintain the product marketing calendar to show when products will be available
- Partner with other functional areas on content, visuals, collateral, user manuals for category
- Database system work
- Completing ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Previous corporate internship experience a plus
- Skilled in using Microsoft applications (particularly with Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level comfort navigating web searches
- Strong research, forecasting and analysis skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to travel locally
