Technology Communications Coordinator Intern (47133)

Langan is seeking a Technology Communications Coordinator Intern to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in assisting with the development of internal communications and graphic content to enhance employee awareness, collaboration, and engagement around Langan's rapidly expanding technology practice. This position will work closely with Langan's Technology Communications Coordinator and Corporate Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of internal and external technology-focused communications, ensuring effective and efficient delivery;
  • Collaborate with Technology teams regarding Firm-wide communication needs and preferred methods of disseminating information;
  • Coordinate, track, and support the Technology practice's business development and marketing activities;
  • Coordinate with the Langan Marketing team to develop marketing materials and web content in support of the Technology Practice's goals and objectives;
  • Research industry best practices regarding website communication of various technology tools and best practices; recommend new sites and enhanced design and content of existing sites to expand the internal use of in-house technologies; and
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field;
  • Outstanding verbal, writing, and editing skills;
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
