Accounting and Finance Development Program

Position summary

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are powering the future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in Manufacturing Accounting/Finance within our facilities. This program is specifically designed for recent graduates and/or graduating seniors. This position is located in various locations in the U.S and starts in January 2025.

Program Design

  • First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of Manufacturing Accounting and Finance which include but are not limited to: general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic improvements
  • Second year members will be placed at another PCC location navigating into a strategic role which will participate in capital acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, Internal Audit/SOX and system implementations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study such as: Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 12 credit hours of accounting
  • Prior co-op or internship experience
  • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of interest in management, leadership roles
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident*
  • Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various locations in the US only)
    • The program allows members to preference regions.
    • The Company will match the member with the most meaningful learning experience within the preferred region(s).

This position is a two year rotational program:  1st year at one PCC location and the 2nd year at another. If selected into the program, you would rank your top choices and from there, we would work together to place you in the best fit. We are located in 29 states, however we mostly place members in five different regions: 1) NW (Portland, Seattle), 2) SW (greater LA region), 3) MW (Ohio, MI, KS), 4) S (Houston, South Carolina, Georgia) and 5) NE (CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA).
