Admissions Associate (Leave Replacement)

Green Chimneys’ is seeking a temporary Admissions Associate.

The Admissions Associate, under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Admissions, is responsible for processing student referrals, touring, interviewing, and admitting children for Green Chimneys’ Therapeutic Day and Residential programs.  Working closely and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary agency team and with representatives from a wide variety of placement agencies, the Admissions Associate’s ultimate goal is to assist in the maintenance of the census by processing referrals.  The Admission’s Associate is responsible for maintaining and/or securing positive relationships with existing and/or new funding sources to achieve this goal.  This a heavy customer service position. 

What you bring to Green Chimneys:

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or other related field with 2 years’ experience and corresponding licensure preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or other related field and active enrollment in a Master’s program in one of the above-mentioned fields with a minimum of 3 years’ related experience required.

Rate of pay starts at $23.35-$25.95 per hour DOE and education.

This is a temporary leave replacement and expected to start approximately in June or July and is expected to last approximately 3-4 months. This position is not benefit eligible.
