Kitchen & Bath Design Coordinator (full-time/in-person)

Our company is experiencing continued growth. We seek an experienced, client-oriented, self-motivated Kitchen & Bath Design Coordinator to assist our design and production teams. We offer a friendly environment that gives you unlimited possibilities to shine!
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with kitchen and bath projects from design phase to customer installation
- Assist production team with product ordering and coordinating with the trades (electricians/plumbers)
- Work with lead designers and production team for field measurements
- Assist lead designer by recording customer’s product and color selections
- Assist lead designer with preparing final customer presentation
- Directly report to vice president of kitchen & bath
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree
- Microsoft Word and Excel a must
- Must be available to work full-time and in-person
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience preferred
- 1 year of kitchen and bath experience preferred
- Experience with Chief Architect Software a plus
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good organizational and planning skills, including the coordination of multiple activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills; can develop and maintain good working relationships with others internally and externally
