We are a 60-Year old Architectural Design Firm headquartered in Lake Success, NY (Queens County/Nassau County border) and are seeking Experienced Architect AutoCAD / REVIT Drafters to join our project team in the development and production of high quality commercial Construction Documents for "Real Deal" clientele.

Note: These are not project management positions. Knowledge and experience with Codes, in particular the NYCDOB's and L.I. municipalities' application process/code requirements, a plus.

Job Requirements, Applicants must:

• have excellent verbal and written english communication skills.
• be proficient in AutoCAD Architecture AND REVIT [other drafting/rendering software a+].
• be self-motivated and fast learners.
• have positive 'here to work hard' attitude.
• be team players and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
• be proficient with MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
• be experienced with site surveying and construction documentation.
• have a Bachelor's Degree.
• have minimum 6+ years strong commercial U.S. CAD experience (AutoCAD & REVIT).
