Bookkeeper (Part-Time) (Temporary)
Job Summary – The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, collections, and recording cash receipts and cash disbursements. This position is on site 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 6 to 7 months. A perfect position for someone who loves Accounting and prefers to have long weekends. The Bookkeeper reports to the Finance Manager.

Major Responsibility Areas (MRAs)
- Record cash receipts, A/P invoices and pay bills
- Generate monthly customer billing
- Prepare month and year-end journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Maintain general ledgers
- Prepare financial reports
- Collection of past due accounts
- Assist Finance Manager with various special projects as needed
- Communicate Account Executives
Required Skills
Technical
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Expert in QuickBooks
- Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles

Education/Experience – Associates degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent of 1-3 years’ experience.
