About the role

Twenty39 is seeking a creative thinker and executor Marketing and Operations Intern to join our team and help us innovate the government contracting industry. This internship is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience while working alongside an agile team.

What you will do

  1. Assist in managing social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, in content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
  2. Contribute to podcast production, from ideation to post-production tasks such as editing and promotion.
  3. Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
  4. Participate in activities related to ISO (International Organization for Standardization) compliance and quality management processes.
  5. Support daily operational and administrative tasks.

Who you are

  1. Creative thinker: has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and aesthetics.
  2. Organizer: highly organized in executing daily tasks, delivering quality work on time, and managing your time without needing daily supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  3. Problem-solver: possess logical thinking, reasoning, and understanding to identify problems, address issues, and discover solutions. Unafraid to take initiative, think out of the box, and make mistakes to learn from them.
  4. Scholar: intellectually curious. Working towards a Bachelor's degree in marketing, operations, business, or a related degree.
  5. Strong writer: thrive when writing to people of all backgrounds, and look to continuously grow your communication skills.
  6. Tech savvy: utilize digital tools to efficiently produce work.

Internship logistics

U.S. college students only with U.S. citizenship or green card.

Hours: 15-20 hours per week during the summer and fall.

Time period: 3-6 months starting as soon as possible in May or June '24.

Compensation: $15 per hour.
