The State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance has one (1) opening for a Senior Water Resource Control Engineer in the State Revolving Fund Water Quality Unit.  This position is located in downtown Sacramento at 1001 I Street, 17th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Duties:

Under the direction of the Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the essential work performed by technical staff in the State Revolving Fund Water Quality Unit in the Loans and Grants Branch to support the Division’s goals and the people of California. The incumbent is expected to provide leadership and guide staff to ensure that their work is completed timely and accurately consistent with established policies, procedures, and engineering standards.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
