What You’ll Do

We are looking to hire a Technical Account Manager who will help us support our rapidly expanding client base. This involves:

 

  • Serving as a dedicated account manager, responsible for managing all technical support needs for clients
  • Onboarding new clients through a customized integration and implementation process
  • Responding to ongoing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Running database queries and data analyses
  • Engaging in cross-team collaboration to customize solutions to unique client needs
  • Playing a pivotal role in all aspects of client success
  • Operating as a liaison between clients and our product development team by gathering user requests and product issues
  • Conducting QA testing for new features and developing user guidance
  • Dynamically solving problems for internal teams and external stakeholders via a variety of technologies and corporate tools
     

About You

  • Bachelor's degree (Spring 2025 or earlier)
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and comfortable with using formulas
  • Well organized; can easily keep track of multiple projects at once
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented; high-energy, committed, and ambitious self-starter interested in the intersection between business, education, and technology
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment
  • Pride and sense of ownership in one’s work
  • Confident, humble with a positive attitude
     

You’ll Exceed Expectations with

  • Knowledge of SQL, FTP, Python, scripting, Google Apps, Mail Merge, and/or Project Management tools
  • A technical background, professional or educational (computer science, IT, engineering, or other programming experience)
  • Prior service-oriented experience
     

Logistics

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Duration: Looking for a minimum 2-year commitment
  • Compensation:
    • Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000
    • Salary may increase on January 15, 2026
    • Annual performance-based bonus
  • Benefits such as vacation, holiday pay, and health insurance
  • Location:
    • New York City (Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan)
    • Hybrid office schedule (proof of vaccination required)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
