INC Overview

INC Architecture & Design is a multi-disciplinary Architecture and Design studio, with experience in a wide range of project types located in the SoHo district of New York City. Having executed high-rise residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, galleries, retail stores, private residences and private residential interiors, the studio specializes in the integration of architecture and interior design.

Job Summary

INC is seeking a full-time entry-level intern with more than one year of professional experience.  You will develop design or technical solutions under the supervision of an architect on various projects and participate in other INC programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Concept and precedent research (a lot of Pinterest)
• Design presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Material research and production
• Revit Design and Documentation
• Proprietary specifications editing
• Interns will have education opportunities via participation in team meetings; active teaching through our INC U program on various technical and professional topics; Pin-ups that update office on current work; and curated site visits of our projects.
• Interns will work on multiple teams under the supervision of a project manager and a job captain.  You will attend meetings with partners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Revit skills are required and professional Revit experience is preferred
• Adobe Photoshop editing basic skills
• Basic Google Apps skills or similar
• You must be legally able to work in the US
• You must be a student at an US accredited institution
