Technical Support Representative
Intellicomm Inc., a cloud communications software firm located in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist its customers via phone and email. Intellicomm's online services are geared primarily to business customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in customer sign up issues.
- Assist new customers with their online setup.
- Troubleshoot customers' technical issues via phone and email.
- Answer billing questions.
- Build upon self-help guides.
- Communicate customer issues to engineering.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer usage and problem-solving skills;
- Sound verbal and written communications as well as active listening skills;
- Comfortable with technical terms, software usage, and online services;
- Attention to details;
- BS/BA in Business/Marketing/Information Systems/ Computer Science or related degree.
