Marketing Coordinator

Summary

Takara Belmont USA is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with strong digital marketing and project coordination experience to bring onto the team! If you enjoy content creation, have a passion for social media, and are a pro at building online communities, then we want you to apply.

In this role, you will contribute to integrated communications campaigns, including research, planning, execution, and reporting. This candidate is the primary point of contact for our beauty and dental brands. A successful candidate thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment with a wide range of creative opportunities. The position is ideal for enthusiastic problem solvers with an ability to convert complex challenges into simple solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate across business units on multi-platform strategies, tactics, and outcomes.

2. Work closely with internal Sales and Marketing leads to develop and implement social strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing priorities, business goals, voice, and brand.

3. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.

4. Optimize existing social media management resources for publishing, reporting, advertising, listening, and day-to-day upkeep and maintenance.

5. Map customer journeys across full funnel digital activations (website, media, social, e-commerce, etc.).

6. Achieve social media marketing KPIs and develop timely reports to identify key takeaways, actionable opportunities, and other insights.

7. Collaborate with marketing and branding team to promote efficiencies and amplify individual strengths.

8. Communicate and stay informed of industry news, digital trends, and emerging technologies.

9. Champion all social media efforts to develop compelling content for daily posting schedules.

10. Monitor, respond, and/or funnel in-bound inquiries to the sales regions and other departments.

11. Copywrite and edit for all channels and assets using a clear and consistent voice that accurately represents our brands and builds trust within each community.

12. Curate sales spotlights and customer success stories for social media accounts and brand websites.

13. Cultivate customer-generated content pipelines, image and video libraries, and content releases.

14. Coordinate video and photo production, editing, and setup with internal stakeholders and vendors.

15. Facilitate KOL and influencer marketing opportunities to increase our brand presence in each industry.

16. Craft messaging, artwork outlines, and creative briefs for print and digital advertising campaigns.

17. Promote and maintain appropriate, positive public relations for our brands.

18. Draft product profiles, press releases, announcements, trade articles, blog posts, and other materials.

19. Coordinate and support the development of trade show marketing materials, including product literature, promotional flyers, price lists, banners, and other sales and marketing peripherals.

20. Maintain our print literature libraries, including the creation, production, and fulfillment processes.

21. Manage our digital asset libraries to support requests from internal team, strategic partners, and customers.

22. All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Communications.

At least 1-3 years of marketing experience. Relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
