Painting Estimator

Painting Estimator:

- Read and Understand Project Plans, Specifications, and any addendums that may be added by the General Contractor/Owner.

- Read Blueprints and Prepare Takeoffs accurately.

- Submit all Painting Bid Proposals on time to the designated General Contractor and Contact person.

- Contact General Contractors Estimator or Project Manager with any questions needed regarding project info and follow up with proposal.

- Contact Paint Supplier Stores such as Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore & PPG Paints to request drawdowns and Paint Data Sheets for General Contractor.

- Manage Multiple Projects at once. Close on projects on a monthly basis.
