Design and Marketing Intern

Type: Internship (Unpaid, College Credits Available)
Duration: September - December 2024
Schedule: 2-3 days per week, flexible

We’re seeking a creative and driven Design and Marketing Intern who’s eager to dive into the world of games and retail. This isn’t just an internship; it’s an opportunity to bring your ideas to life, leave your mark on our brand, and learn the ropes of a thriving product-based business. If you’re ready to get creative and contribute to something meaningful, we’d love to have you on our team!
 

Responsibilities

  • Design: Work on a range of design projects, including:
    • E-commerce websites & landing pages
    • Email flows and campaigns
    • Social media video editing
    • Physical product development (games & merch)
  • Marketing: Sharpen your marketing skills by:
    • Conducting customer research & surveying
    • Providing copywriting support 
    • Presenting your research and ideas to the team
  • Additional Learning Opportunities: Depending on your interests, you can explore:
    • Logistics & inventory management
    • Business development & wholesale procedures
    • In-person/virtual marketing and networking
    • Pitch decks and presentations

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • A strong graphic design portfolio showing skill in typography and color
  • Passionate about learning in a startup environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Major creativity! 
  • Spanish a plus, but not required

 

Education

  • College undergrad students are eligible
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
