Qualifications: Must possess a valid MDE endorsement in Counseling (NT)

Croswell-Lexington High School is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment empowering students to achieve their full potential academically and personally. We are seeking a compassionate counselor who can work with students, parents, and staff.
Job Duties
- Academic Counseling: Assist students in course selection, academic planning, and setting educational goals.
- Career Guidance: Provide career exploration and planning support that may include vocational training.
- Personal Counseling: Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address personal issues, mental health concerns, and social-emotional development.
- Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crisis situations involving students, including providing immediate support and referring to appropriate resources.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records on counseling sessions, academic progress, and interventions.
