Process Engineer Co-Op - Spring 2025

The Role:
Our site in Riegelwood is seeking a/an Process Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. Co-op will support P&ID creation and update, block flows, mechanical integrity program and additional equipment and RAGAGEP documentation.

What You’ll Do:
• Create and update P&IDs to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Create process flow diagrams.
• Support the Facilities team in development of mechanical integrity program.
• Support creation of RAGAGEP for the site.
• Additional activities related to mechanical integrity and process safety.

What We Seek:
• Ability to work outdoors in industrial setting.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management experience.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
• Chemical or Mechanical Engineer, graduating in Spring 2025 or later

 

Eligibility:

  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January 2025-June 2025
  • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
