Vendor Programs Intern

**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 27, 2025 through August 15, 2025. We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume including your cumulative GPA. Department/Position Description:  

Vendor Programs team supports the Advantage program and Zero Waste/Unsaleables. The intern will learn about waste mitigation and gain an understanding of the value-generating vendor collaboration program ADvantage. Intern will be responsible for helping coordinate, collect and review Vendor Swell/ARP agreements and reclaim chute agreements.  

 

The intern will also assist with data integrity process development and reviews for OMI KLT flags, swell (tax) codes, SEGA reclaim flags and chute assignments as well as Inmar flags for all 5 brands.  The intern may participate in additional special projects and various Zero Waste or ADvantage team tasks as assigned.  The intern will get to experience all of the Zero Waste team functions and responsibilities – as well as receive insights and experience with the ADvantage program 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Excel proficient – Pivot tables, V-lookup, graphs,  
  • PowerBI, MS Word, PowerPoint experience/proficiency preferred 
  • MS Access, Visual Basic, Alteryx, other data tools experience, helpful 
  • Writing/verbal communication skills 
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting skills 
  • Ability to take direction or prioritize tasks for daily activities
