IT Technical Analyst
The IT Technical Analyst will diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring smooth business operations for CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty Buffalo.
The IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing professional-level technical support to various departments within the organization. This role involves analyzing and implementing systems solutions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop proposals, and implement effective solutions. This role reports to the Controller and takes direction and functional guidance from IT Manager at sister plant.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote hardware and software support for all the users in the supply chain.
- Provides Microsoft Office system access as well as maintaining database access.
- Develop/maintain customized Sharepoint databases as per business requirements.
- Responsible for the development life cycle or all programming changes for Sharepoint. Development, documentation, testing and deployment.
- Manage hardware inventory to comply with business needs and security protocols.
- Manage mobile devices including reviewing invoices, ordering new devices and plan changes.
- Manage contract with copier vendor, reviewing invoices, ordering supplies, coordinating user training, and placing service calls.
- Place orders for software and maintain spreadsheet for license control and accountability.
- Manage Security for QAD, assigning User Id’s, passwords and granting menu access.
- Manage VPN access for users.
- Train employees when needed on hardware usage, program usage, cyber security.
- Provide support for hardware including ordering and setting up PCs, Mac’s, communication boards.
- Manage CQ access and reports.
- Support Inventory.
- Support label programs used in the business.
- Maintain and provide Active Directory support including setting up new users, terminating users, changing access through group membership.
- Deploy and support Corporate offerings, including but not limited to Microsoft suite.
- Maintain flexible schedule and provide on-call service for off shifts when needed.
- Support business continuous improvement projects.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider five years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 2 years working experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Salary range: $67,000 – 79,000 actual compensation will be based on experience.
