Our Founding Members Concierge team are a constant warm presence around the Club’s operation and are the faces of outstanding hospitality for our Founding Members during their visit. As a Founding Member Concierge, you will anticipate Founding Members needs and collaborate with their team and all Club departments to provide a tailored experience for that guest.

About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to be opening a Ned’s Club in the US capital, our fourth and newest location.

The property:

Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.

Reporting into the Membership Manager and as a key part of our membership team you will:

• Be the first point of contact for Founding Members queries, helping them to plan and book the perfect itineraries for their visit
• Assist the Founding Members and their team or guests with all of their needs while in the Ned’s Club and out in the local area
• Have exceptional knowledge and passion for all that The Ned has to offer, so you can make thoughtful and genuine recommendations
• Liaise with all departments in Ned’s Club to assist our Founding Members in getting the reservations they need to make their visit memorable
• Keep yourself up to date with the best that Washington, DC has to offer, recommending and booking the best experiences for our Founding members, and securing behind the scenes tickets for an exceptional time
• Collaborate with and support the Membership Managers and Membership coordinator as needed and as tasks are assigned for exceptional Founding Members experiences
• Build rapport with our Founding Members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience

What you can bring to the role:

• As the first point of contact for Founding Members, you are eager to plan the perfect experience, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
• All round knowledge of what Washington, DC and our Club has to offer is essential to excel in this role, allowing you to plan memorable days out and at the Club for our Founding Members
• This role will always be highly visible in the Club, so a high standard of personal presentation and a welcoming vibe is non-negotiable
• Incredible ability to recall members preferences, their experiences and genuine ability to anticipate their needs
• We’d like it if you had a membership of Les Clefs d’Or, but it is not essential
