This position pays $20.20 per hour

Job Overview - Operations

Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor, they will be required to provide exceptional guest service

Job Overview - Guest Associate

Our Temporary Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Job Specifications/Qualifications

  • Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • No Education or previous retail experience Required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
  • Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ages 18 and older eligible for this role
