Office of the CCO Project Manager (Entry-Level)

The Office of the CCO is part of Seagate’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and is a dynamic and highly motivated group.  We support and empower Sales, Marketing, and Product Line Management success with customers through coordinating organizational communications, cultivating our company culture and orchestrating the day-to-day operations for the business.  

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and creative team member to play key roles in worldwide GTM communication activities and employee engagement programs.   

 

About the role - you will:

 

  • Contribute to executive communications through various reports and initiatives including C-level review material, quarterly results presentations, and annual goal updates.
  • Support strategy and execution of the global GTM communication plan including executive communications, employee communications, newsletters, and customer wins / highlights digests.
  • Streamline information within internal SharePoint repository for improved productivity including maintaining current pages, designing, and updating resource pages for cross functional teams and manage new content notifications.
  • Help support the GTM Employee Engagement Strategy. Included but not limited to rewards and recognition programs, leadership programs, and career development programs.
  • Provide day-to-day support, including administration, creative, and analytical tasks.
  • Regularly communicate with team members to understand requirements, recommend, and make improvements, and provide informal cross-functional leadership of team participants.

Your experience includes:

 

  • Project management with developing timelines, plans, and managing details of projects and programs and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and deliver them on time.
  • Visually inclined; creating visually appealing, presentation-ready content deliverables.
  • Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity of design platforms and software such as Canva or CRM software a plus.
  • Genuine interest in learning and willingness to learn from all people, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess keen attention to detail, strong creative thinking abilities, excellent written /verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven business acumen with a degree in business administration specialties preferred (Finance, marketing, information systems, etc).

The estimated base salary range for this position: $50,772 - $72,600. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
