Starting base salary is $55k + an amazing incentive program with clear opportunities for advancement.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Effectively collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and our partner’s product managers to obtain accurate information of application usage and system operations of TRC’s power solutions.
- Maximize sales opportunities by continually prospecting for new clients.
- Perform a minimum of 120 daily outbound phone calls
- Meet daily key performance indicators and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Develop a complete understanding of our products and industry
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position may require travel: Up to 10%
