Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team at WhoozCooking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment while supporting the human resources department in various aspects of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting a diverse and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews for various positions across the company.

Onboarding Assistance: Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome materials, assisting with new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for all new team members.

Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement, including organizing team-building activities and supporting the implementation of employee wellness programs.

HR Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Training and Development: Assist in coordinating internal training programs, workshops, and skill-building activities.

Research & Administrative Support: Assist with various HR-related research projects, such as employee benefits comparisons, industry best practices, or HR system improvements. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing company.
