Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: In-person, not remote, hybrid not available

Online Computers is a dynamic and growing company located in Florham Park, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer telephones, transfer calls, and document client requests.
· Data entry and data verification in a CRM environment.
· Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
· Assist with expense and credit card reconciliation entry in the accounting system.
· Run various errands as required (e.g., picking up items or delivering documents).
· Reconcile receipts and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
· Sort, scan, and file checks, bills, and other office documents.
· Assist managers with additional tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
· Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Experience in data entry and basic accounting tasks preferred.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required.
Compensation:
· Salary range: $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and background.
