Centurion Consulting Group is looking for a VMWare Engineer for a long term government project.  

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows servers and Desktops, along with experience in managing Windows and automation. This role involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

As a VMware Engineer on our team, you have the chance to design Virtual machines. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize our IT infrastructure. • 5+ years of experience with VMware, vSphere 7 or 8, Active Directory Domain Services, and Group Policy

• 5+ years of experience with Server Management

• 5+ years of experience managing Windows, including server setup, deployment, and maintenance

• 3+ years of experience designing Server Rooms, including servers, networking, and storage

• 1+ years of experience with networking troubleshooting

• HS diploma or GED

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Must-have Critical/HARD skills:

5+ years of experience with VMware, vSphere 7 or 8, Active Directory Domain Services, and Group Policy

5+ years of experience with Server Management

Nice to have skills:
Experience with troubleshooting web application support in authoring and maintaining technical documentation

Experience with shell scripting or PowerShell and automation tools

Ability to conduct independent research and apply solutions

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Possession of strong problem-solving abilities
