Software Engineering Intern

As a 3forge Intern you will be placed in a dynamic environment with state-of-the-art technology and big data use cases, enabling you to develop your understanding of software and learn new skills. Being involved in the implementation of challenging fintech applications, you will have the opportunity to perform tasks for prestigious clients including technical support and software management, maintenance, testing, and development.
Responsibilities
- Creating technical solutions for real-world use cases
- Providing technical support to our clients
- Deploying software in various environments
- Documenting operational requirements, processes etc.
- Diagnosing performance issues
- Working with engineers and project managers to ensure project success
Requirements
- STEM background: Currently studying a degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or relevant field
- Technical skills: Experience with SQL or programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++)
- Can-Do Mentality: Driven and motivated to accomplish tasks and projects
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose log file and interpret a stack trace
- Self Management: Ability to follow instructions, and manage your time & work
Desirable Skills
- Strong math/stats skills.
- Technical writing ability for documentation.
