Care Coordinator

Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Peekskill, NY. Seeking an experienced scheduling coordinator. This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, could multi-task, has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers).
  • Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
  • Participate in the recruiting, orientation and management of caregivers.
  • Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families.
  • Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One night/week afterhours on-call (5pm-9am) **additional compensation**
  • One weekend/month afterhours on-call (Friday 5pm-Monday 9am) **additional compensation**

Salary:

$26.50 per hour

Relevant Experience: Scheduling (1 year in home care coordination or 2 years in coordination/staffing role)

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
