Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives
of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an
experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite,
hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern
classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and
develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom

The Talent Insights & Engagement team leverages insights and data to advance talent
attraction, engagement and retention at Dexcom. As a Talent Attraction Intern you will
have the opportunity to gain experience in employer branding strategies and focus on
promoting a work environment of diversity, creativity, and continuous learning for all
current and future employees. You will work closely with our global Talent Insights and
Engagement and Talent Acquisition teams to attract top talent and enhance our employer
brand presence. Together we help leaders continuously improve the employee experience
to unlock our employees’ best work and deliver on Dexcom’s mission to empower people
to take control of health.

WHERE YOU COME IN
● You’ll connect the dots from what employees experience between first learni
about Dexcom, to applying, to interviewing, to choosing to join, to their first wee
as an employee and what behaviors and interactions lead to high engagement
● You will support the development and implementation of creative strategies to
attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and
networking events.
● You will support and create engaging content for our careers website, social media
platforms, and other recruitment materials to effectively communicate our employer
brand and values.
● You will help conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
and best practices in talent attraction and recruitment.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
● You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
work effectively in a collaborative setting.
● You have experience using graphic design platforms and posting to social media
sites.
● You bring an attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a
fast-paced environment.
● Your proficient with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with t
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The team includes diverse interactions with a Graphic Designer, Talent Marketing
Manager/Sr Manager, and Business Intelligence Analyst.
The role will facilitate on-brand, multi-channel engagements with four key personas across
the globe to increase the visibility of the Dexcom and influence applications. It is a facet
role that requires strong communication skills, project management and analysis. You’ll
connect the dots from what employees’ experience from learning about Dexcom, to
applying, to interviewing, to choosing to join, to their first weeks as an employee and wh
behaviors and interactions lead to high engagement.
