Position Overview:

Meest-America is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Representative. In this role, you will drive growth and deliver exceptional service to support our India lane operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships within the Indian community to expand shipping opportunities.
• Company Representation: Act as a company ambassador for Meest America by promoting our services and fostering trust within the target market.
• Customer Service: Handle customer service inquiries with excellence, providing prompt and effective support.
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the India shipping lane, supporting broader business development efforts.
• Multilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and partners in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What we are looking for:

• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and deliver exceptional service.
• Sales-Driven Mindset: A passion for building relationships and driving sales.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Background in logistics, shipping, or international trade.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with India’s market and shipping requirements is a plus.
