Sales and Event Outreach Intern (Summer 2025)

Halyard Consulting is hosting a flagship event at the end of summer 2025, and we are seeking a Sales and Event Outreach Intern to help drive attendance, engage with prospective attendees, and execute outreach strategies. This role is ideal for students interested in sales, business development, and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential event attendees, including SMB owners and industry professionals.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, social media, and direct communication.
• Maintain and update event-related data in the CRM system, tracking leads and attendee commitments.
• Assist in preparing outreach materials, including personalized emails and pitch decks.
• Schedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and pre-event networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing intern to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies.
