AI Systems Development Internship (Unpaid) - Early Team Role with Potential for Full-Time

About Us:
We are a private markets trading platform, revolutionizing the secondaries industry. As part of our early team, you will play a critical role in shaping the core differentiator and proprietary data systems of our product.

The Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Systems Developer to join our team as an intern. This is an unpaid position, but with the opportunity to become a key member of our founding team and potentially transition to a full-time compensated role if things go well. You will be working directly with the CEO, taking ownership of crucial design decisions that will have a lasting impact on our platform. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction and implementation of our proprietary AI trading system.
- Design and fine-tune custom trade matching tools.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members to understand platform needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Work in tandem with the Data Science and Backend Development teams to fully train and integrate the AI systems.
- Ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript as developer tools.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools: experience with LLM API endpoints or previous fine-tuning experience preferred.
- Passionate about advances in AI technology, eager to implement new tech in a real-world setting.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Immediate availability for a start date ASAP.
