Position: Summer Intern – User Documentation Specialist
Duration: 10 Weeks (Summer 2025)
Location: Remote
Hours: Part Time - 15 hours per week


Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented User Documentation Intern to help our
team develop and enhance resources for AbilityHUB users. You will create comprehensive,
user-friendly documentation, engaging help videos, and populate our GitBook site with in-depth
instructions. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about simplifying complex
processes and supporting users in achieving success with our platform.
Responsibilities
● Create detailed and user-friendly product documentation using Tango.
● Write clear and concise help documents tailored to diverse user needs.
● Produce engaging and instructional help videos using Loom for YouTube and other
platforms.
● Populate and organize the AbilityHUB GitBook site with comprehensive guides, FAQs,
and troubleshooting steps.
● Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure accuracy and
effectiveness of all resources.
● Test and validate documentation to align with user experiences and feedback.

Qualifications
● Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer
Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
● Familiarity with technical tools such as Tango, GitBook, and Loom (experience
preferred).
● Ability to simplify complex processes into easily digestible content.
● Interest in technology, user support, and improving the user experience.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
