What I liked

Everyone was super nice, and the location is also great. The work was on the niche side, but it was also interesting and unique.

What I wish was different

The amount of work they had varied based on the team you were on. Some people had a lot of downtime, and others were doing overtime a lot. I would ask my team for work and wouldn't really get anything, so I wish there had been easier ways to get more work from other teams that were struggling more. I didn't have a busy season internship though, so I'm sure that experience is completely different.

Advice

Ask questions! This job involves a lot of niche accounting knowledge that they'll teach you, but it can be hard to remember every detail. Keep notes as much as you can and ask anytime you're confused.
